Can I hold an item?
We can hold a piece for 24 hours — message us on Instagram or by email with the item name.

Do vintage sizes run true?
No — vintage sizing varies by decade and brand. Always check the measurements on the product page. See our Size Guide for details.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates show at checkout.

What if an item doesn't fit or isn't what I expected?
New designer pieces can be returned within 7 days. Vintage is final sale — see Shipping & Returns and Authentication & Condition for the full policy, and reach out if anything arrives not as described.

How do I know a piece is authentic?
Every vintage item is hand-inspected before listing — see Authentication & Condition for how we check. If you'd like extra photos of labels or hardware before you buy, just ask.
